The research entitled: “Proposed Energy – Efficient Medical Tourism Hospital of the South in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna,” aims to help resolve and establish a CALABARZON medical hospital that provides a quality medical assistance and health care to the people of the region. To establish a CALABARZON medical hospital that is globally competitive that will attract Medical Tourist. To establish a CALABARZON medical hospital that is both sustainable and energy efficient.

Using the descriptive method, it is the identified, with the help of survey and interviews, that the proposal of a sustainable Hospital for the people and by the people are favored and acceptable by the residents of Sta. Rosa, CALABARZON constituents and tourists. Therefore, it is concluded that the project is feasible provided that the goals and objective be met. By providing a globally competitive Hospital that embodies socioeconomic tourism, quality health care and environment friendly building. In the completion of the study, it is further recommended that the government should look for other potential Medical Tourism Hospital sites in the country for the boost of the economy yet saving energy at the same time.
